    Keep on dreaming!

For the 6 period rooms in the Gemeentemuseum, The Hague, Hans van Bentem made large installations of porcelain, crystal, bronze and wood. The combination of the classical decorations with the visual explosions of the installations made this an unforgettable experience. These installations where 6 months on show & this was the beginning of a travelling show titled ‘Keep on Dreaming!’

The works are the fruitfull outcome of a period of many years creating works of art in collaboration wirh artisans from all over the world: Bronzes from India, Wood from Senegal, Crystal from Czech Republic, Porcelain from China and ceramics from the Netherlands; it all came together here for the first time.
